Founder & Principal of EverLearn Education
With a decade of excellence in education, Aileen Shi is the visionary force behind EverLearn Education. A distinguished alumna of Huazhong University of Science and Technology and holder of the prestigious TEM-8 , she has been repeatedly honored as an "Outstanding Educator" by municipal and district authorities.
Ms. Aileen academic leadership extends beyond the classroom. She edited the compilation of the provincial textbook *I Love Fine Arts* under Hubei Academy of Educational Sciences, published by Hubei Children’s Press. In 2022, her innovative educational approach earned her selection as Hubei Province’s representative at the National Biennial Education Exhibition.
A globally minded educator, she has:
• Served as an official interpreter for Team Spain at the World Middle School Games;
• Completed academic residencies across Europe and the United States;
• Led a 2023 educational exchange program at Westmoor High School (San Francisco);
• Explored over 20 countries through invited cultural and learning expeditions.
Recognized for her professional expertise, Ms. Aileen has been appointed multiple times as an official examiner for teacher certification interviews. Her insights into international education were featured on CCTV’s *Dialogue with Leading Educators* program in 2024.
Blending global perspectives with localized pedagogical excellence, she now spearheads EverLearn Education’s mission to redefine learning in China.
